Krautburgers with Velvet Cheesy Sauce and Dill Pickle Spears

Our version of this German hand-held sandwich (known as a krautburger, bierock or runza), features baked tortilla pockets filled with beefy seasoned tofu crumbles, steamed cabbage, tangy sauerkraut and velvety cheesy sauce. Served with a side of pickles and cheesy sauce and mustard for dipping!
